City Government Run Amuck.....
Now Set Up By Sioux Falls City Attorney So No Such Review Available To Citizens...Zilch

This is issue Number One.

The SD and US Constitution provide protections for citizens against governmental bureaucracy abusing citizens rights to use their property in a normal manner and other flagrant abuses of your everyday rights.

The availability and constitutional provided guarantee of these judicial system reviews of governmental actions normally keeps them in line and and from passing and enforcing ordinances and actions that are needless, harmful and totally unreasonable. They know they can and will be overturned, and nullified if a citizen goes to court.

Not so now in Sioux Falls.

As a result of the city running a fake and fraudulent " appearance " of an appeal system, NO SUCH TRUE APPEAL RIGHTS CURRENTLY EXIST IN SIOUX FALLS CITY ACTIONS.

As a result the city bureaucracy has run amuck and has long since become tyrannical and out of control due to this situation.

Individual citizens (only in Sioux Falls) have been needlessly restricted in use of their property. fined, frightened and have had no way to stand up to these abuses or fight back.

Issue Number Two:

The City Of Sioux Falls Tax Supported Free "on Demand" Citizen Harassment Service.

It is estimated from the city's employees own statements that about 80% plus of actions against citizens are set off because of a "vindictive" person in Sioux Falls, or even out of town, wants to cause you some problems and "get even" etc.

They simply make a phone call to 605-367-8760 and say "I want to make a complaint about... XYZ address in Sioux Falls. It has blankety blankety blank... Makes no difference what they say, it gives the city cart blanc to come out and go over your property for example with a fine tooth comb, and never mind what the "complaint" was, they will find something to "write up" fine you on, and tell you that you can no longer do that. or next fine will be double.

Makes no difference you bought your property for this and have been doing it for twenty years, and the neighbors are doing it far more then you.....

Your property has become rendered "useless" by city "police powers" action.

If you correct and stop doing whatever they have issued, does not solve the problem. In a month or two your "vindictive neighbor" will call the city again with a new complaint. Something that existed before the other complaint, makes no difference. The city will come out again and start all over and find something else.

This can go on for years.

WE ARE NOT ASKING YOU TO DO ANYTHING......

We want you to be educated about what is going on and your knowing, and they knowing you know, will put a lot of pressure on those that can correct this.
