Political Advertisement The shopping news says it is "political" and has to be paid in advance. In addition, under the ad it has to say, paid for by Harlan L. Jacobsen. hat is an indication of how "afraid" of the city the media is of the city big shots reaction to allowing this sort of ad to run so they label it "political" since they HAVE to take political ads supposedly. A citizens "RIGHTS" protected and spelled out by the US Constitution and the SD state Constitution, are NOT political. The ads we are running are over "rights" not to be harassed and when originally submitted contained the word constitutional, and it was that ad submission that we were informed we had to label the ad POLITICAL. The US constitution was not written to protect citizens from each other...which might be considered "political". The US constitution was written by our forefathers to protect citizens from ABUSE against them by big government. Therefore, claiming you are being "abused" by big government and your protected rights denied is NOT political. For example, you are guaranteed the right to "judicial appeal" of any governmental action against you. This right to a legitimate unbiased judicial revue and is basic and if you have read the Argus recently you know there are others claiming this right is being DENIED by the city of Sioux Falls. In other words, a judge has already said the same thing I am saying and claiming so my subject matter of my ad is NOT political. It is about basic civil rights which the media should not be LABELING "political". My ad is to call others to take action about this abuse by their government which they do not have to take lying down. They need to be educated that they do have the option of STANDING UP for their protected rights. Educating them about their rights is NOT political. This web site does not win us any points with the judicial system. We expect retaliation for daring to and openly criticizing both the media and the judicial system as practiced.
The judicial system and the city attorneys involved here are all part of the
"good old boy" network of attorneys who mainly stand around and discuss
at parties how much their private practice friends "billed" last year.
Getting others to read here and have more information on what goes on in their city, helps the cause. If everybody suggested a friend click in for a look.
