What Sioux Falls Police Knew

• Sioux Falls Police here did see machine had been taken from legally placed location and taken here, a quarter mile away, yet refuse to take Police report.

   

• Officer knew this was the third machine stolen under identical situation, previous two worth over $500 and had never been recovered.

   

• Officer refused to do any investigation or schedule machine for finger prints etc, insisted we remove it, instead of making whoever removed it to return it to public sidewalk where taken from.

   

• Officer does not take owners social security number, makes no report, does not examine machine, weight or how put in cart, checks nothing, but

  insists this evidence of theft be taken away.

   

• 5 minutes after talking to Walmart manager, he has fully determined that a business with over 100 employees has no connection to machine being moved here to their premises with their conveyance, in the middle of the night (two days previous)

  Did not check to see if Walmart had in 3 days notified owner of possession.

   

• Officer refused legal back ground paper work offered of court orders clarifying 100% legal right of rack to be where it was removed from on sidewalk..

   

• Refused and was not interested in names of Walmart employees on duty in lot when machine removed from operational status and hauled here.

   

• Said Walmart manager given official city permission to dispose of this $200 plus machine (distributing anti- city harassment literature) on Tuesday 3:30pm in Walmart Dumpster.
