Currently eight newsracks but intend to put all thirty to work and use all 30 to deliver our views on city abuses, on Sioux Falls city side walks, namely those newspaper vending machines not previously engaged and subject of hassle by the city.  If we have any more hassle on storing the balance of the thirty in our yard, then they will be promptly put to work on city sidewalks under our right to distributing our views and ideas on the public forum sidewalk, all about the importance of taking action over violation of protected constitutional rights.

How The City Of Sioux Falls Became A Tyrant

US citizens are protected from abusive government by a protected constitutional right to be able to seek court intervention of unreasonable governmental action.

The city of Sioux Falls has made a clever legal omission that removes that right, and they only "pretend" you have these protected rights.

Therefore when the city ordinance enforcers using their police power write you a ticket for what they say is violating something, no matter how bizarre, they are GOD.

You have no recourse in actuality with the fraudulent "right to appeal" fake set up they have put in place.

They have gone completely arrogant on issuing citations because NO ONE has ever over turned any of their pronouncements because they have it set up, fool proof. They can claim anything they want and "get away with it".

They claim you can appeal to an ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING. This is the prosecutor hand picking and hiring a local attorney to act as "judge". This attorney is on the city payroll, and is hired for the next hearing if he rules correctly.

From information available to us NONE have ever been overturned in this "play acting" pretend administrative hearing.

Here is the set up.

They tell you right off, you are considered "guilty" of what ever it is about and the burden is for you to prove innocence.

Example: One of their favorite property charges is whatever you are doing they wrote you up and fined you for, your property will "attract rodents and small animals." Get this... you have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that it will not.

Second most popular is it is a danger to children and they may get hurt. This applies even if your property is fenced and locked. You must prove children can not get hurt there.

These are just examples of your snow ball in hell chances here. A total waste of your time but does put them to the expense that at least equals your fine.

Then comes the major fraud. They tell you this is all okay because if you do not think you are getting a fair shake you can appeal it to circuit court.

You pay the circuit court filing fee and file there and then the city attorney files a action with the circuit court that says the way they cleverly wrote the ordinance this is not appealable and get it thrown out.

NO ONE ever gets any city ruling overturned on the city actions in circuit court because IT NEVER GETS HEARD. Total misrepresentation and OUTRIGHT fraud.

The city has ordered these words removed from our van or face large fine.

We have passed the deadline but reminded them of our protected first amendment rights and put it back on the street.
